A: Automated believes using a follow-up method is the best way to guarantee consistent high quality service. Each building has a crew leader or supervisor who does daily inspections, in addition there is an Area Manager who reviews those inspections for accuracy. The Operations Manager reviews the Area Manager's work and finally the General Manager reviews all.

Q: What type of insurance does Automated provide?

A: ABS carries workers comp and general liability. We also have a four million dollar umbrella which gives us a total of five million dollars of coverage.

Q: Is Automated Building Services a safety conscious company?

A: Yes - We have extensive safety procedures. Safety meetings are preformed monthly in each building. Two years in a row Automated had less than $300.00 in worker comp claims.

Q: Will ABS be able to handle emergencies?

A: Yes, Absolutely. We have people and equipment available 24/7 including portable generators.

Q: Is ABS an environmentally friendly company?

A: Yes we only use cleaning products that are biodegradable. In addition we have a USGBC Leed Green Associate on our staff to advise us.
